Great Recipe Food Swaps

With the holiday season upon us, you might be trying to eat a little healthier and finding it difficult. 
If you are anything like me, you don't want to have to skip all the yummy things!  I found this great recipe food swaps.  This may help ease my conscience a little!   

Also found out a little tip about how to make cashew milk:

"Cashew Cream can be made fairly easily. Soak raw cashews in cold water overnight. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Puree cashews with an equal amount of water and voila! You have Cashew Cream.
